It took a while, but it was the find of a lifetime…
After a long search across Ontario’s cottage country, we finally found the perfect lakehouse. We purchased this serene property at the end of a private lane because of the prime waterfront, quality custom home and amazing sunsets on one of the best lakes in Eastern Ontario.
Lazy Loon Lakehouse is a true year-round retreat ─ summer is sublime, fall is gorgeous, winter is magical and spring is inspiring.
Why we fell in love…
At Lazy Loon Lakehouse you’re surrounded by nature on every side. The front yard is the lake and the backyard is our farm. To the left and right are trees. It’s a place where my husband, kids and I can totally relax and enjoy the best things in life. A day on the water and a fire and star gazing at night is the best recipe for a great night’s sleep.
When you step inside, you’re welcomed with a view of the lake through the open concept living area. We designed the home to bring the outside in so you always feel relaxed with nature at your side. Quiet and private, yet just 10 minutes from a winery, shopping and food and drink – it’s truly the best of both worlds.
We’ve fallen in love with the views, the enchanted forest and the clean, spring-fed water. And we can’t wait to share it with families who value making special memories.
